The company.

With 235 stores, 7 anchor tenants and 2 million square feet of retail space, NorthPark Center boats annual sales of more than $1 billion and hosts 21 million visitors annually, making it the 13th most-visited mall in America.

The ask.

We were asked to develop social media strategies that would engage the audience and promote tenants throughout the center. 

Results.

A key component of our overall strategy centered around custom, sharable content using actual customers as they shopped throughout the center. Wed developed a number of concurrent campaigns running weekly, including the "Whats In Your Bag" campaign, sharing shopper experiences and their purchases. For Fashion's Night Out, we ran multiple campaigns throughout the center, and promoted activity and engagement from visitors across Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
