The company.

The Park Cities Historic and Preservation Society preserves and promotes the history, architecture, aesthetics and cultural traditions of the Park Cities community.  

The ask.

We were tasked with developing a new brand for the PCHPS  annual Historic Home Tour & Luncheon, while also integrating new revenue opportunities for the tour and exposure for tour sponsors.   

Results.

For PCHPS, we streamlined the overall brand of the annual tour, using original content and photos, and refreshed branding. We also developed and published a 54 page, perfect-bound magazine that was distributed to more than 10,000 homes throughout the Park Cities and included revenue-generating advertising from sponsors and businesses.
