The organization.

A coalition of businesses and pro-business organizations united by the recognition of the business case for equality across Texas and throughout its communities, and a desire to keep Texas a competitive and economically vibrant.

Founding signers included American Airlines, The NFL Organizing Committee, Marriott, Texas Instruments, Tenet Health, Samsung, Hilton, IBM, Southwest, and more. To date 1,350 organizations have signed the pledge.

The ask.

SomaComm was retained to launch the organization statewide, including the companies who served as founding pledge signers.   

The results.

SomaComm worked to develop messaging for the launch, secure organizations to sign the pledge, and coordinated the statewide press conference and launch. A social media campaign was also launched and managed by SomaComm, which garnered
